Riemann Family Funeral Homes treated us like family from the moment I walked in the door. Addison immediately helped me with some issues I was having with cemetery plots that were purchased long ago, that I’m sure he didn’t have to help with, but still he did! Mike made doing my mother’s pre-arrangements easy and stress free. Later after her passing, Jason Green helped us tremendously with everything, step by step through a beautiful funeral ceremony. He even went a huge step farther and gave a eulogy for my mother, having known her for many years. We could not have been more blessed than to have had the service that Riemann's provided for us at such a great time of loss in our family. To say thank you doesn’t seem like enough. Unfortunately lost 3 people in a car accident, Chad Riemann happened upon the accident that unfortunate day. He was a wonderful caring person that lent a helping hand at the accident and did everything in his power to make sure everything was taken care of the way our families wanted at the funeral. Very kind and sincere family owned business.

Riemann Family Funeral Home went above and beyond in their services for my husband Robert Brown. Every detail, any idea I had, and any and all questions were taken care of without hesitation. They never batted an eye when I told them his burial would be 130 miles away, they were more than happy to accommodate any wishes on his behalf. Ms. Karen personally sat with me and helped piece together an obituary. In such a sad time, when grief overcomes you, they stand beside you like family, hold your hand, and comfort you. They were with me each step of the way, walking me through the process. After all is said and done, they do not just forget you. They have reached out several times to ask how I am doing, do I need anything, even gave recommendations if I needed a support group or counseling. I cannot say enough good about this empathetic and caring group at Riemann. You are all so appreciated.

Back in October 1998 Chads Family had a Funeral Home in Bay St. Louis Mississippi when my Father passed away. My Father had served in WWII, Korea and Vietnam. Riemann's set up a Police escort from the Bay to the Biloxi VA. Also a 21 gun salute before burial.They treated me like I was the most important person ever. I had no idea that I would need the Riemann Family again when my Mom passed in May 2009. Chad Riemann's treatment of me and my wife was Awesome. He put us at ease immediately!! Then when my wife passed in November 2023 I luckily had Chad on speed dial and called from the hospital to come pick her up! He put me at ease immediately and said I'll take care of her. He assigned Miss Barbara Davis to help me and I felt the warmth of Family all over again!! Riemann's is all about Family!! My trust will always be Riemann's!!
